Holiday Village Mall Office is located next to Crystal Casino, and is open 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, Monday-Friday.
Community Room
Holiday Village Mall also features a Community Room that is available for meetings, presentations and training sessions. Some of our standard amenities include conference tables with seating for 16, TV/DVD, projector and a telephone hookup. The room has a capacity of 40 people and can be arranged in a theater style setting. We can help you make arrangements to rent extra chairs. The Community Room has a convenient location next to a ADA Mall entrance and adjacent to the Family Restrooms. See the Holiday Village Mall Specialty Leasing Representative for pricing. A $10 deposit is due at reservation, refundable 24 hours after room is used if left in good order. This is in addition to the deposit of $75 required if food is brought in the community room for an event. The room can be reserved for half day up to several days. Family RestroomsChanging tables and family facilities are convenient – complete with tiny sinks & toilets for tots.

The mall is closed on Easter, Thanksgiving and Christmas. Lost and FoundSecurity keeps track of lost items found in and around the mall. If you need assistance with a lost or found item please go the Security / Mall office and a representative will assist you. Security office can be reached by calling (406) 750-0615.Nursing RoomAvailable for Mom & Baby who need quiet and private time.Specialty LeasingHoliday Village Mall’s Specialty Leasing program includes merchant opportunities throughout the year, in both in-line spaces and kiosks. This program allows retailers or vendors to take advantage of seasonal traffic during periods such as Valentines Day, Mother’s & Father’s Day, Back to School and all Holidays. Entrepreneurs can use this program as an “incubator” period to test market merchandise on a short-term basis prior to signing a permanent lease.
WheelchairsThey are complementary from the Security / Mall office. Please be prepared to provide a picture ID. You will be asked to leave some form of identification/collateral with us during use of the wheelchair.Mall WalkersAn easy to read map complete with distance information is available at the Mall Office during operating hours, M-F 8:30 am - 5:00 pm. and on the counter next to the Montana Law Museum. The Mall doors are open at 7:15 am. See map below
