Free Wi-Fi is available in seating area by Security Offices, former Customer Service Area.

Community Room
Our Security Office also features a Community Room that is available for meetings, presentations and training sessions.  Some of our standard amenities include conference tables with seating for 16, TV/DVD, projector and a telephone hookup.  The room has a capacity of 40 people and can be arranged in a theater style setting. We can help you make arrangements to rent extra chairs.  The Community Room has a convenient location next to a ADA Mall entrance and adjacent to the Security Office.  Regular use fees are $10 per hour (one hour minimum), $40 for half day (up to 5 hrs.), or $65 for full day (anything over 5 hrs.).  A refundable cleaning deposit of $75 is required ad the time of reservation.  The room can be reserved for 1 hour up to several days.  For more information please contact Dana Galloway at (406)727-2089 or e-mail at dana@holidayvillagemall.com.

Copy and Fax Service
Our charge for copies is $.15 for 8 ˝” x 11” and $.20 for 8 ˝” x 14” per page (single sided only).
Faxes are charged at $2.00 per page to send out and $1.00 per page to receive.  If faxing to the Customer Service be sure to include To:  From:  Date:  on a fax cover sheet.  The Mall Office Fax # (406)761-6944.

Family Restrooms
Changing tables and family facilities are convenient – complete with tiny sinks & toilets for tots.  The Mall Office has diaper packs and personal hygiene products for sale ($1.00) for those little emergencies.

Holiday Village Mall Gift Cards couldn’t be easier!  They spend like cash and are valid at all mall stores and restaurants (accepting Discover debit cards).  Holiday Village Mall Gift Cards can be purchased during all regular mall hours at the Gift Card machine located across from the Security Office (formerly Customer Service Center). These machines accept exact change and cash only. Should you need to purchase a gift card with a credit or debit card you can still do so at the Mall Office during operating hours, M-F 8:30 am - 6 pm.


Handicapped Parking
Handicapped parking is provided for our guests near all mall entrances and department store entrances.

Lost and Found
Security keeps track of lost items found in and around the mall.  If you need assistance with a lost or found item please go the Security Offices and a representative will assist you. Security Office can be reached by calling 750-0615.

Available for Mom & Baby who need quiet and private time.

Specialty Leasing
Holiday Village Mall’s Specialty Leasing program includes merchant opportunities throughout the year, in both in-line spaces and kiosks.  This program allows retailers or vendors to take advantage of seasonal traffic during periods such as Valentines Day, Mother’s & Father’s Day, Back to School and all Holidays.  Entrepreneurs can use this program as an “incubator” period to test market merchandise on a short-term basis prior to signing a permanent lease.

Strollers
Smarte Carte Stroller Mall Taxis are available for hire.  Put in $5.00 and receive $1 back when you return the taxi to the taxi stand.  Double strollers are also available at the Mall Office during operating hours, M-F 8:30 am - 6 pm.

Mall Walkers
An easy to read map complete with distance information is available at the Mall Office during operating hours, M-F 8:30 am - 6 pm..

Wheelchairs
You can rent these complementary from the Security Office. Please be prepared to provide a picture ID.  You will be asked to leave some form of identification with us during use of the wheelchair.
