Holiday Village Mall Gift Cards couldn’t be easier!  They spend like cash and are valid at all mall stores and restaurants throughout the mall (where Discover debit cards are accepted).

Tips for using your Holiday Village Gift Cards:

Know your balance.  You’ll need to tell the sales associate the balance available on your gift card.  Check your balance:

  • Call the toll free number on the back of the card 1-800-798-4099 (service fee may apply) 24 hours a day.
  • Call Holiday Village Mall Customer Service Center at (406) 454-2364.

Your gift card is valid through the expiration date shown on the front of the card.

Sign the back of your gift card upon receipt.

Record the gift card number in a separate location from the card itself, you will need this in case it the card is lost or stolen.

Select the “credit” button when making a purchase.  The card will not process correctly if the cardholder presses “debit” button.

Each time the card is used, the amount of the purchase will be deducted from the card value.  For example, if you have $100 on your card and make a $25.50 purchase, your new card value is $74.50.

Note:  Your gift card transaction will be rejected if the transaction is more than the card balance.  If the gift card balance is not enough to cover the full amount of the purchase, ask the sales associate to split the transaction between the remaining gift card balance and another form of payment.

To include a tip, simply add the amount to the receipt and it will be added to the amount deducted from your card.  Be sure the card balance is enough to cover the full amount of your purchase and the tip expense.

In certain circumstances, fees may apply.  For further details regarding your gift card, be sure to read the Gift Card Agreement that was provided with the purchase of the card.
